Welcome to KK PACKING INDUSTRY (KK BRAND). By using our website, submitting order inquiries, or purchasing packaged flours, rava, sooji, or bulk bakery bags from our plant in Rayachoti, Andhra Pradesh, you agree to comply with the following commercial terms and conditions.

1. Wholesale Quotations & Pricing

All wholesale prices quoted for White Atta, Gram Flour, Kesari Rava, Maida, Sooji, Vermicelli, Pasta, Ragi Flour, and 50kg bulk bakery bags are subject to the following terms:

  • Quotes are valid for specified timeframes due to fluctuations in raw agri-commodity grain market prices.
  • Prices are subject to applicable GST taxes unless explicitly noted on the tax invoice.
  • Custom bulk packaging or private labeling agreements are subject to formal confirmation by management.

2. Dispatch & Logistics

We facilitate reliable transport dispatches across Rayachoti, Annamayya District, and throughout South India:

  • Estimated delivery timelines depend on freight transit schedules and weather conditions.
  • Receiving dealers/merchants must inspect outer bag sealing and batch count upon consignment arrival.
  • Any transit damage, torn packaging, or dispatch discrepancies must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Payment Terms

For B2B wholesale orders and institutional contracts:

  • Initial wholesale dispatches are processed upon advance payment or verified bank transfer.
  • Credit facilities for authorized, long-standing distributors are reviewed periodically based on trade history.
  • Invoices must be settled within the agreed timeframe to ensure uninterrupted delivery schedules.

4. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names ("KK BRAND", "KK Packing Industry"), product images, graphics, and web content are the intellectual property of KK Packing Industry. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rayachoti / Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
